Your Time Data Stays Yours — Always

How it works

Add a Client

Create a client card with a name, details, and a color for quick identification. Works for any type of freelancer — developer, designer, consultant, writer.

Create a Project

Under each client, open separate projects so you can bill each piece of work independently and precisely.

Run the Timer

Tap "Start" when you begin working. Sixton records every session with exact start time, end time, and duration.

Export Your Report

At the end of the month, export a clean time report per client and attach it straight to your invoice.
Built for Real Freelancers
Sixton was designed from the ground up for the way freelancers actually work — full Hebrew and English support, complete privacy (all data stays on your device, never on our servers), and no forced subscriptions to unlock core features.

Sixton is a time tracking app for freelancers and independent contractors who work with multiple clients and projects. It lets you start a one-tap timer, log your work sessions by client and project, and see exactly how your hours compare to your planned goals — all from your Android phone.
Unlike most time tracking tools that are designed for teams or require a computer, Sixton is built from the ground up for the solo freelancer: no account required, no internet connection needed, and no data ever leaves your device.
Yes — completely. Sixton stores all your data locally on your device using a secure database. You can start timers, log sessions, edit records, and generate reports with zero internet connection.
This also means your client names, project details, and work hours are never uploaded to any server. Not ours, not anyone else's.
No. Sixton requires no sign-up, no email address, and no password. You download the app and start tracking immediately. Your data belongs to you and lives on your phone.
Sixton is local-first by design. All data is stored in a SQLite database on your device — it is never transmitted to external servers and we have no access to it.
The only third-party service integrated in the free version is Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings under Settings → Google → Ads.
Sixton is fully compatible with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and Israel's Privacy Protection Law, because we simply do not collect or process your personal data.
On the free plan, you can track up to 3 active clients with unlimited projects and sessions per client. This covers most freelancers who are just starting out.
On the Standard plan and Advanced plan, you can add unlimited clients with no restrictions.

All plans include unlimited projects, unlimited sessions, full session history, manual editing, PDF export, and local storage.
Yes. Sixton lets you export detailed time reports as: • PDF — available on all plans, including the free tier • Excel (XLSX) — available on Standard and Advanced plans Reports include session breakdown by client, project, and date range, along with totals and planned vs. actual hour comparisons.
On the free plan, your data is stored only on your device. If you lose your phone or uninstall the app, the data is gone — so we recommend regular device backups via Android's built-in backup.
On the Standard plan, you can back up your data to Google Drive (or local storage) and restore it at any time.
On the Advanced plan, your data is also backed up to a secure server, enabling full multi-device sync — meaning you can pick up exactly where you left off on any device.
Sixton keeps your active timer running in the background using an Android foreground service with a persistent notification. As long as the timer is running, it will count accurately even if you switch apps, lock your screen, or put your phone in your pocket.
Sixton does not automatically detect what you are working on or track your activity without your knowledge. You always start and stop the timer manually — your privacy is protected.
Yes. You can edit any past session at any time — change the start time, end time, client, project, or notes. On Standard and Advanced plans you can also set a custom session start time before starting the timer, which is useful when you forgot to start it on time.
Sixton's dashboard compares your planned weekly and monthly hour goals (which you set in Settings) against the hours you actually logged. This gives you an instant read on whether you are on track for the month — useful for freelancers who need to meet minimum billable hour targets or who want to avoid overworking.
You can see this breakdown overall and broken down by client or project.
Not currently. Sixton focuses on time tracking, reporting, and planning. You can export your sessions as a PDF or Excel report and use those figures in your preferred invoicing tool (such as Wave, FreshBooks, or your country's accounting system).
On the Advanced plan, an accounting system export (including iCount for Israeli freelancers) is planned for a near-future update.
Yes — Sixton has a fully functional free plan with no time limit and no credit card required. The free plan includes:
  • Up to 3 active clients
  • Unlimited projects and sessions
  • Full session history and editing
  • PDF report export
  • Local data storage (no cloud)
  • One-tap timer with background tracking
When you grow beyond 3 clients, or need Excel exports, backup, or advanced features, you can upgrade to Standard or Advanced— both with a free trial period.
Sixton currently supports English, Hebrew, Hindi, Spanish, and Portuguese in the app interface. We are continuing to expand language support based on freelancer feedback. If you would like Sixton in another language, contact us and tell us which language would help you work better..
